FEET UP

The feet-up position is the best way to soothe aching feet and legs. It also helps with swollen legs or feet.

This knees-raised and head-raised position helps with back pain. Its also a relaxing positon for watching TV and reading. If you struggle to get in and out of bed, this position can help.

FLAT

Flat is best if you like to sleep on your side. You can make small adjustments to decrease pressure on your hips

Mattress Details:

• Extra-deep comfort.Most mattresses for electric beds are between 20 and 25cm deep. Dreamland iFlex mattresses are 30cm deep, for luxurious support and comfort.
• Multi-layer support.Top layers are 10 cm deep 5cm gel-infused memory foam and 5cm memory foam for iFlex 2; 5cm memory foam and 5cm latex for iFlex 3. Base layers are 20cm deep.
• Choice of firmness: Choose iFlex 3 Fitness if you like a medium-firm mattress. This level of firmness is better suited to back sleepers and anyone who has lower back problems. Choose iFlex 3 Balance if you prefer a softer mattress, or if your hips, knees and shoulders ache at night.
• Heat control.If you are a hot sleeper, iFlex 3 has air corridors to release excessive heat.
